My first night was horrible, I was so tired in the afternoon after being over 36 hours up, but I kept awake. But after dinner I was physically tired but totally awake, I even open my work laptop and started to clean all my 900+ emails, by 5 am I went to bed, to try to catch some sleep which I think I managed by 5:30- 5:45, far to close to when the alarm was set at 8:00.
